 e support an initiative of Brother Matthew Burns in favor of the disinherited families for them also to benefit of a summer holiday. Various ways of collaboraton are opened to the generosity of the volunteers.
Associate members Th
 ere are Christians who tanks to a gift from God are endowed with the same sentiments of charity towards the poor and wish to bring the love of God to men disfigured by suffering. Associate membership is a special vocation and commitment to partake in the same charism and spirituality from one’s particular state of life. After a period of discernment and formation, the associate member becomes a real member of the Congregation’s family living out of its charism according to the statutes of his or her own association.
Vocations We need recruits to answer the needs that are not answered. Interested people are welcomed to share for a while our life and our apostolate with the mentally challenged in Triest Hall.
We believe that renewed efforts toward the recruitment of new members-Brothers and Associates, developing innovative answers to new needs, bringing the Charism of the Congregation to new places in new ways, enlisting volunteers to join us in serving God’s poor, developing avenues of solidarity--- all of this must continue. |
